It may be used in an ATM machine just like an ATM card and also used to purchase goods and services at any merchant that accepts Visa check cards. The cost of the goods or services purchased is deducted from the customer’s checking account. No initial fee for a new card. Unlimited free usage at any of Midwest Bank's ATM locations 24 hours a day. Can be used world wide at any ATM machine displaying the NETS or Cirrus logo. A transaction fee will apply if using an ATM machine other than Midwest Bank. One checking account and one savings account may be attached to the card. Visa merchant transactions may only be debited from the attached checking account. Savings accounts may only be accessed by the Visa check card at the ATM machine. Transactions are fully disclosed on your monthly statement. Transactions at an ATM machine require the customer’s confidential PIN-personal identification number. More convenient to carry and use than a check. The customer will receive a receipt for each transaction. Customers may withdraw a maximum of $500.00 per calendar day.
